In Remembrance of Steve Lloyd, Managing Director of GSPK Circuits Limited

It is with profound sadness that GSPK Circuits announces the passing of our Managing Director, Steve Lloyd, who passed away peacefully in his sleep on Thursday, 1st October 2026, following a long battle with illness.

Steve joined the GSPK Group in April 1995 as Senior Operations Manager with GSPK Electronics. Through his unwavering dedication, visionary leadership, and deep commitment to the industry, he rose to become Managing Director of GSPK Circuits Limited, a role he held with exceptional professionalism and distinction.

Over his remarkable three-decade tenure with the Group, Steve played an instrumental role in shaping the growth, success, and values of our business. He was widely respected across the electronics manufacturing sector by customers, suppliers, and industry partners for his expertise, tenacity, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steve was a mentor, colleague, and true friend to many. His leadership, guidance and warmth left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

The funeral will take place on Friday 23rd October with service in St Joseph’s R.C Church in Pontefract at 1:30pm followed by a private burial, family only please at Ackworth Cemetery.

Family flowers only by request please.

Donations will be gratefully received and divided between Cancer Research and Cystic Fibrosis U.K.

All attending are welcome to join the family after the service for refreshments to The Rogerthorpe Manor, WF9 1AB
